In 2011, our Founder, Nik, set out with a clear vision - to create an agency offering built around excellence, value and trust.
Nik's vision was shaped by observations and experiences following years of building in-house teams and contracting various agencies - from local, small Indys to large, global holding groups. He had absolute clarity on the missing links and recognised the frustration for brands in being forced to choose between ‘jack-of-all-trades’ generalists who lacked cutting-edge expertise, and siloed agencies driven by their own KPIs, agendas, and hidden costs, rather than the brand’s best interests.
The goal was simple: create an independent agency to serve as a true partner to brands. The agency would hire and train the best digital specialists who would then work transparently as an extension of the in-house team. The working model would be centred around true collaboration, all deliverables would be directly aligned to clear and measurable objectives. No smoke and mirrors. No competing agendas. No ambiguity around rebates or benefits. Just focused experts, united in driving meaningful results and caring deeply about the work they do.
What began as a performance-focused start-up has grown into a trusted, award-winning partner for brands across industries and continents. Along the way, we have built long-standing relationships grounded in trust, measurable impact, and a shared vision for growth.
